In what formats does the attendee receive their pass?

All three at once: PDF by email, Apple Wallet pass on iPhone and Google Wallet pass on Android. Session changes, room swaps and speaker cancellations push to the wallet pass in real time. This applies to every registration channel: online form, on-site registration desk, kiosk, call centre, agency portal or API.

Can we send sponsor invoices, attendee confirmations and hotel vouchers from the system?

Yes. Sponsor and exhibitor invoices, attendee confirmations in the registrant's language, agenda updates, hotel vouchers, media contracts — all sent from the same system that runs registration. Recipient emails are pulled from the registration record. Templates, language and attachments are configured at onboarding, with correct cross-border VAT treatment per attendee's country. Every sent email is logged in the audit trail.
