In 2025, Postojna Cave and Programski atelje A&Z (mojekarte brand) mark fifteen years of collaboration. At least as far as the domestic market is concerned, this partnership has produced results whose true value will only become apparent in the future, when other stakeholders in Slovenian tourism begin to recognize the advanced concept of an integrated multi purpose information platform.

"It is perfectly clear that in the case of promotion, marketing, and sales of products created by stakeholders key to shaping Slovenia's offering of natural attractions and cultural heritage, no technology alone solves anything. However, modern information and communication technologies offer unique opportunities for a paradigm shift from traditional analog marketing to modern digital marketing. User friendly, efficient, and purpose built solutions and advanced digital tools integrated in modern digital platforms play a key role in this process. They enable maximum adaptation to the needs, desires, and expectations of modern tourists and their new lifestyle, while also adapting to increased mobility, mass use of computers, tablets, and smartphones, and the phenomenon of social networks."

"The foundation for our high added value per employee is information technology, which we have developed to perfection and supplement daily. This allows us to know at every moment how many visitors are in the cave, how much revenue each sales point generates. We continuously monitor visitor movement in space, so we can quickly reassign our staff to points where the need arises. Information technology also enables our managers to plan their teams' work each day based on visitor number estimates." "We achieve this by including weather forecasts in our visitor prediction model for a week ahead, looking at the composition of individual and group guests over the past five years, and all existing reservations. This gives us visitor estimates for each day. We then adjust hospitality, retail, guide services, and duty schedules accordingly. We do all of this with 5% accuracy, which some find incredible. It is all in the information technology."

"We accepted the invitation to discuss collaboration as confirmation of our past work on the Slovenian market and recognition of our main product and expertise. Contract negotiations and preparations for the implementation project lasted several months, and the agreement began operating in November 2010. The ultimate goal was to implement the mojekarte Attraction Edition platform for reservations, ticket sales, retail, and hospitality, with automatic electronic ticket validation at the cave entrance and automatic data transfers to the SAP financial accounting platform. Although the work processes in tourism do not fundamentally differ between individual stakeholders, in practice Postojna Cave had many specifics that required additional development and software adaptation. That the development work was done well and that the software met the needs, desires, and expectations of users was evident during the first visitor surge in spring pre-season, and even more so in the high season of 2011, when the daily number of visitors approached or even exceeded 10,000. These results encouraged the client, and already in autumn 2011 we began developing online ticket and package sales, which started operating in early spring 2012 and without which modern organized sales are unimaginable today. The second implementation phase began in autumn 2011 with the introduction of the Mojekarte Retail module for retail operations support. The third phase, instead of planned hospitality, shifted to developing Human Resource Management software at the client's request, which they judged would bring greater added value."
