Can visitors book timed-entry slots online?
Yes. Visitors choose their preferred date and time slot. The system enforces capacity limits per slot and prevents overbooking.
How do you handle seasonal pricing?
Flexible pricing rules: peak/off-peak rates, early-bird discounts, group rates, and promotional codes. all configurable per attraction.
Do you support multiple attractions under one organization?
Yes. A single dashboard manages multiple sites with unified reporting, shared customer databases, and combo ticket options.
Can tour operators book in bulk?
Dedicated B2B portal for tour operators with allotment management, commission tracking, and automated invoicing.
What about on-site ticket sales?
POS terminals at the entrance with real-time availability. Walk-in visitors see live slot availability and can purchase on the spot.
In what formats does the visitor receive the ticket?
All three at once: PDF by email, Apple Wallet pass on iPhone and Google Wallet pass on Android. If the time slot moves, the attraction partially closes or the group language changes, the wallet pass updates itself and the visitor gets a push notification. This applies to every sales channel: online booking, entrance POS, self-service kiosk, call centre, tour operator portal or API.
Can we send group invoices and partner contracts from the system?
Yes. Group and school invoices, annual-pass renewal letters, donation receipts, tour operator agreements and multi-language visitor confirmations — all sent from the same platform that records the sale. Recipient emails are pulled from the order or partner record. Templates, language and attachments are configured at onboarding, not per new partner. Every sent email is logged in the audit trail.
