m.BoxOffice: mobile box office for attractions and museums
Your box office. Always with you.
A modern, easy-to-use mobile box office for selling and checking tickets. It runs on a smartphone or a dedicated professional handheld device with a built-in printer and scanner. It issues fiscal receipts and all ticket types.
An extra point of sale · One device to sell and scan · Fiscal receipts

Sell at the gate. Scan at the door.
m.BoxOffice has built-in ticket scanning. The same device sells a ticket and checks it at the entrance. For entrances with several lanes, it connects to the mojekarte access control system.
Contactless payments
Visitors tap a card or phone to pay. You accept cards through our payment partners, and we can add further partners of your choice. m.BoxOffice is integrated with payment apps, so it is not tied to one provider. It also accepts cash, gift cards and prepaid cards.

Shorter queues. More tickets sold.
On your busiest day there are never enough ticket windows. With m.BoxOffice you open an extra point of sale where you need it: in the queue at the gate, in the car park, as groups arrive or on the way to the attraction.
Choose your device
Both run m.BoxOffice, so your staff only need to learn it once. Rental for an event or a season. You can rent the device for a single event or a whole season.

Dedicated professional handheld device
Built-in ticket and receipt printer, plus contactless payments. For all-day work at the gate and higher volumes.
Printed or electronic ticket
Print the ticket or send it to the visitor by email and to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Anyone who prefers no paper has the ticket on their phone before they reach the entrance.
Everything a modern box office should do
- Time slots and packages
- Several attractions in one purchase
- Multiple ticket types and discounts at once
- Company invoices and buyer details
- Printed tickets and receipts
- E-tickets by email and to Wallet
- Ticket scanning at the entrance
- Cash, payment cards, gift and prepaid cards
- Separate cash-up and shift closing for every seller
Same time slots and packages in every channel
Time slots, packages and combined tickets are the same as online and at the box office. You never oversell a time slot.
Fiscal receipts
You can also invoice companies. No separate cash register needed at the gate.
For groups and agencies
Issue a company invoice to a tour guide or travel agency right on the spot.
Souvenirs too
m.BoxOffice sells souvenirs as well as tickets. The seller who worked the queue in the morning can sell souvenirs at the exit in the afternoon.
Alongside self-service solutions
Kiosks handle quick purchases, while staff with m.BoxOffice help visitors who need advice and sell where there is no kiosk.
A peak-season day, from the first coach to closing time
The number of ticket windows stays the same all day, but visitors arrive in waves. With m.BoxOffice you send a seller to where the queue is building and move them when it shifts. At closing time every seller has their own cash-up and shift closing, and all sales land in the same reports.
When the coaches arrive
Your seller meets the group at the coach. The seller chooses the time slot, prints the tickets and issues a company invoice to the tour guide right on the spot. The group walks straight to the entrance and your ticket windows stay free for other visitors. The same goes for a school group outside the museum.
When the car park fills up
Families still parking don’t yet know how long the queue at the gate is. A seller with a phone and Bluetooth printer sells them tickets in the car park, and they tap a card or phone to pay. They reach the entrance with tickets in hand and skip the ticket window.
When the queue reaches the path
A seller walks along the queue and sells tickets before visitors reach the window. Every sale is confirmed instantly, so availability online and at the box office stays in sync and you never oversell a time slot. When the queue shrinks, the seller moves to the entrance and scans on the same device.
Attractions already selling with m.BoxOffice
m.BoxOffice is already in use at Postojnska jama (Postojna Cave) and Ljubljanski grad (Ljubljana Castle). In a demo we’ll show you how selling in the queue, in the car park and at the entrance would work for you.
