This applies to every sales channel: online, physical box office, kiosk, 800+ POS network, agency portal or API.
Can we send artist payouts, sponsor invoices and co-organiser settlements from the system?
Yes. Artist settlement summaries, vendor reconciliations, co-organiser reporting in the partner's required format, sponsor invoices with fulfilment tracking, donor receipts — all generated from real festival data and emailed from the same platform. Recipients are pulled from the order or partner record, templates and language configured at onboarding, every sent email logged in the audit trail.
