The third rule of an excellent box office manager reads: “Enter data once, sell everywhere”

What does “everywhere” mean? At your own box office for those customers who want personal contact and a brief chat with familiar staff. On the theater's website for those customers who are reasonably comfortable with computers or tablets and prefer buying tickets in their slippers from their living room armchair. At physical points of sale for those practical customers who will pick up tickets while visiting a gas station or shopping center. On the distributor's website for those customers who trust modern virtual 'department stores' -- in this case, ones with a ticket offering -- and the professionalism of their operators. At your own remote sales points for those customers who trust your brand the most and for whom it serves as a guarantee of a good user experience.

You probably deal with the challenge of transcribing available tickets into different systems and reconciling inventories on a daily basis, while managing sales statistics is barely manageable. All of this of course takes up a lot of your time, and regardless of how much effort you put in, visitors are often confused because ticket availability differs from system to system. From time to time, unpleasant errors also occur due to the transcription process, and the same seat gets sold twice.
Of course, this is an integrated platform that allows you to enter an event only once and sell it everywhere, 24 hours a day. Why do we advise against transcribing data? Primarily because of: saving your time, which you can invest in other activities; unified sales statistics accessible with a single click; eliminating the inconvenience of double-selling the same seats; a unified view of available ticket inventory; fewer errors, since fixing them is already stressful and also requires additional time on your part.
Everything listed above is offered in Slovenia by the integrated platform www.dragonticketing.com and www.mojekarte.si.
