m.BoxOffice: mobile box office for sports clubs
Every gate can be a box office.
On matchday a modern, easy-to-use mobile box office lets you sell tickets at every gate, not just at the ticket window. The seller picks a seat or section, the fan taps to pay, the ticket prints and you scan it at entry.
Matchday sales · Scanning at the gate · Season rental

Same seats as online
Seats and sections are the same as online and at the box office. No seat is ever sold twice, and gate sales land in the same reports.
Access control
m.BoxOffice has built-in ticket scanning. For entrances with several lanes, connect it to the mojekarte access control system.

Rent devices for a single match or a whole season. Every seller has their own cash-up, and you can also invoice companies and sponsors.

Matchday sales
A table by the gate, a phone and a Bluetooth printer. Fans buy a ticket just before going in. Last-minute fans don’t have to look for the ticket window, because the point of sale is already on their way to the stands. Once the match starts, you pack the table away.
Contactless payments
Visitors tap a card or phone to pay. You accept cards through our payment partners, and we can add further partners of your choice. Because m.BoxOffice is integrated with payment apps, it is universal and not tied to one provider. You also accept prepaid cards, gift cards and cash.

Printed or on their phone
Fans get a printed ticket, or one sent by email and to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. At the table by the gate nobody waits for the printer, and at entry you scan it from the phone.
In the stands and at the bar
m.BoxOffice also sells club merchandise, drinks and snacks, at the bar or right in the stands. A fan can pick up a scarf or a shirt before the match and a drink at half-time without leaving their seat. Here too, every seller has their own cash-up and shift closing.
One season, three very different matchdays
Full stands and fans running late
The derby has nearly sold out, and fans are arriving just before kick-off. Sellers spread out across all the gates, sell the last available seats and scan tickets as they go. Every sale is confirmed instantly, so the same seat can’t also be sold online.
Sponsors and companies want an invoice on the spot
Someone from a company or a sponsor comes to collect tickets for business partners and needs an invoice. The seller enters the company details during the sale and issues the invoice at the gate, with no trip to the club office. In Croatia that is an R1 invoice.
A smaller match, one table
A cup tie or a youth match doesn’t call for every ticket window to open. A table by the gate, a phone with a Bluetooth printer and one seller who sells and scans are enough. You can rent the device for that match alone.
Already in use at NK Celje
NK Celje already uses m.BoxOffice. In a demo we’ll show you how sales would work at your club’s gates and in its stands.
