Venue: Stadion Rajko Mitic (Marakana), Belgrade
Capacity: 55,500 seats
Client: FK Crvena Zvezda
Start: Season 2017/18
With a capacity of 55,500 seats, Stadion Rajko Mitic in Belgrade, known among football fans as the Belgrade Marakana, is among the larger sports venues in Europe and the largest stadium in the broader Balkans region. It is the stadium of football club Crvena Zvezda, which, as the only club from the former Yugoslavia, managed to climb to the top of Europe and win the Champions League.
We had been waiting for years for the opportunity to place the integrated multi purpose mojekarte platform at such a large venue and thus enter a space that, by unwritten rules, is exclusively controlled by multinational corporations. Although we came close several times, opportunities always slipped away at the end. Before the start of the 2017/18 season, a new opportunity presented itself at the Belgrade Marakana, where the integrated mojekarte platform replaced the solution of the Norwegian company iTicket, which had operated at the stadium for seven seasons but could no longer meet the increased demand for tickets that resulted from the high expectations of Crvena Zvezda fans ahead of the Champions League 2017/2018 qualifications.

Phase 1: Platform implementation and SKIData integration
The first phase of the implementation project included: preparation of the server infrastructure for the mojekarte platform, installation and system administration of the database, installation of new software on the club's computer equipment, software customization to club specifics, programming of the stadium seating map, creation of specific financial and material reports, and creation of a customized online store for selling all types of tickets.
Subsequently, the integration of the mojekarte sales platform with the SKIData access control system was also carried out, which includes 54 full height electronic turnstiles. Between the two systems, bidirectional communication was established, enabling real time exchange of data needed for electronic validation of tickets and visitor access control at entry points.
