After handling ticket sales and access control at the largest stadium in the wider region, Rajko Mitic -- popularly known as the Belgrade Marakana -- football club Crvena zvezda has now also transferred its membership management to the Mojekarte platform.

At a time when ticket sales have been virtually suspended and there is a high probability that clubs will enter the new season in front of empty stands, this is a period when clubs can attend to other important matters. One such endeavor is establishing and managing (commercial) membership as a strategic, long-term investment in their audience.

Football club Crvena zvezda is thus entering the 2020/2021 season with a new, customized online store powered by Mojekarte digital technology. Following the strategic decision on long-term cooperation with Mojekarte and the introduction of the basic sales platform for selling season and individual tickets, along with its integration with the SKIData access control system ahead of the 2017/18 season, Crvena zvezda has now taken another important step by transferring membership registration and renewal to the Mojekarte platform. The sensitivity and importance of this club decision is underscored by the fact that Crvena zvezda has supporter clubs all over the world, with many prominent figures from politics, business, entertainment, and public life among its members.

In its current version at https://crvenazvezda.iticket.rs/sr.html, the new club online store enables registration, payment, and renewal of memberships, as well as the extension and purchase of season tickets and all types of tickets for individual matches. In the coming seasons, we can optimistically expect further system upgrades to the platform, as the club is increasingly recognizing the benefits of the cashless stadium concept, and a new sponsor -- a global brand -- has already expressed its business interest in this regard.
