POU dr. Ante Starcevic Is the Newest Member of the Mojekarte Family

We are delighted to welcome POU dr. Ante Starcevic from Gospic to the large family of Mojekarte platform users. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the end of which is still not in sight, the Mojekarte team has faced a new challenge and the question of whether it is possible to install and configure the software, as well as train users, without physical contact or on-site presence at the new user's location. POU dr. Ante Starcevic is, following POU Daruvar and the Korcula Center for Culture, already the third Mojekarte digital platform implementation project carried out remotely via the internet and without physical on-site presence. From this we can conclude that remote work has become the new normal for our user support team, if we may use the phrase coined by the media.
The digital, multi-purpose Mojekarte platform plays an increasingly important role year after year in the Croatian market for information solutions serving the marketing and sales needs of the industry of events, shows, festivals, and experiences. The entry of the Mojekarte platform into theater, sports, and cinema halls in Zagreb, Split, Pula, Bjelovar, Daruvar, Opatija, Sibenik, Kostrena, Kastav, Krk, Mali Losinj, Nasice, Korcula, Rijeka, and now also Gospic in the heart of the Croatian region of Lika, has triggered a process of gradual and inevitable transition and transformation of ticket sales from the analog to the digital world.
The analog world in which local ticket offices have dominated for more than 300 years -- in 1732, audiences coming to performances at the Theatre Royal, Covent Garden paid admission at the door without any guarantee of a free seat, which was the standard practice at all London theaters of the time -- is transforming before our very eyes into a digital world where tickets are quickly and easily purchased online and are increasingly becoming dematerialized electronic codes on smartphone screens. The primary sales role in this digital world belongs to online stores and internet portals, as well as social networks, all supported by modern e-marketing.
The call to go digital is achieving highly visible results across the region with the active role of the Mojekarte brand, introducing a new, digital paradigm for marketing and ticket sales for events, shows, and experiences. It is clear and inevitable that sooner or later, everyone who respects the needs, desires, and expectations of their audiences and understands the major changes in their lifestyles will step onto the path of digitizing marketing and sales. The internet, mobility, access to information anytime and anywhere, communication through social networks, the obsession with the need to be online 24 hours a day -- all of this has fundamentally changed the world around us, interpersonal relationships, and ourselves, whether we like it or not.
For those who will not want to or will not be able to understand this, there will simply be no room left. It is as simple as that.
