Ticket providers are rediscovering the Mojekarte platform

Narodni dom Maribor is the third institution to switch from a competing ticketing solution to the multi-purpose and multi-channel Mojekarte platform, following the Mestno gledalisce Ptuj and the Institute for Sport, Culture, Youth, and Tourism Novo Mesto. In addition to effective and flexible ticket sales management, the platform offers tools for selling other products such as subscriptions, gift vouchers, gift cards, membership programs, loyalty programs, Video-On-Demand (VOD), Live Streaming, courses, workshops, and other services, articles, and more.

Based on users switching to the Mojekarte platform, we can conclude that the development of competing solutions on the domestic market can no longer keep up with the needs, desires, and expectations of increasingly demanding organizers and all other users who wish to respond to the changed behavioral patterns and dynamic lifestyles of their audiences. In recent years, this field has seen rapid changes toward digitalization, which were further accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

It appears that some ticket providers are rediscovering the competitive advantages of the Mojekarte platform. With its help and the expert knowledge conveyed by our experienced consultants, combined with a touch of creativity on the provider's side, it is relatively straightforward to digitalize sales, reach out to audiences -- especially younger ones -- and discover new added value. This has already been demonstrated by many domestic and international cultural institutions that, with the help of the Mojekarte platform and consultants, have designed and offered audiences new, engaging, and well-received products.

The Mojekarte platform is gaining new momentum, driven by key factors including: reliable operation, a richer set of user features compared to competing solutions, more finely developed user functions with more options, expert consulting, and excellent user support. The platform's expansion is particularly evident in the Croatian market, where Mojekarte is already present in sixteen Croatian cities, including all the largest ones. The platform has also been well received by internationally established cultural brands with a long tradition, such as the Ulysses Theatre Festival, Pula Film Festival, Motovun Film Festival, and the concert and opera festival Split Summer (Splitsko ljeto), as well as the theater festival Theatre by the Sea (Teatar uz more) -- a fast-rising festival brand that brings a selection of Croatia's most popular theater performances to Split and other cities in central Dalmatia during the summer months.

The Mojekarte platform is strengthening its brand recognition and market position in the region, becoming an increasingly valued brand and sought-after partner in the ticketing and accompanying cultural products industry in a market where event organizers reach approximately 6,000,000 potential audience members.
