Park of Military History Pivka Adopts the Dragon Venue Platform

The Park of Military History (PMH) in Pivka has also decided to adopt the integrated multi-functional platform for marketing support and ticket sales, Dragon Venue. Compared to the key players in the Slovenian tourist attractions market, PMH is an emerging brand that is still establishing its position in the tourist attractions market and shaping its tourism product.

Through inter-organisational cooperation with already established and internationally recognised regional tourist attractions and brands from its vicinity, such as Postojna Cave and the Lipica Stud Farm, and with the support of advanced information and telecommunications technologies, the Park of Military History is seeking opportunities to create synergies and find paths to a faster breakthrough and successful positioning of its own brand.

The adoption of the integrated, multi-functional, and multi-channel information platform Dragon Venue is an integral and inseparable part of this process of establishing a presence in the Slovenian tourist attractions market.

The transition to the modern information platform is planned within one month, which will ensure full functional operability of the new working tool for promotion, marketing, and ticket sales support before the start of the 2012 tourist season.
