Mojekarte in 2011

The ongoing challenges and dynamics of everyday work rarely allow us to inform our users, or those considering becoming one, about everything we do. Interactions are too often limited to current matters, and time pressure does not only weigh on us, as you too face challenges and pressures that have become a constant. Let us therefore look back together at the work accomplished and summarise the key milestones of 2011.
The integrated multi-functional Dragon Venue platform was successfully implemented by: Ljubljana Castle, Postojna Cave, Predjama Castle, SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana, and Football Club Nafta Lendava.
Dragon Venue Access Control for automated visitor access control was successfully implemented at Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle, while at Ljubljana Castle we carried out a comprehensive technical renovation and functional upgrade of the entry control system. For all the mentioned users, the automated access control system is directly connected to the ticket sales system.
SNG Maribor and Ljubljana Puppet Theatre laid the foundations of direct e-marketing with the help of the new Dragon Venue Marketing tool. Through the development of additional software modules, we follow an advanced concept of business process automation that ensures users can be more efficient and successful in the areas of promotion, marketing, and sales with the same resources and consequently the same costs.
At Postojna Cave, we successfully implemented the latest tool for in-depth data analysis and its interpretation in numerical and graphical form: Dragon Venue Analytics & Business Intelligence. With the help of this advanced tool, the management of Postojna Cave quickly discovered new business opportunities and possibilities for improvement in the areas of promotion, marketing, and sales.
We successfully connected Dragon Venue with the Facebook network and enabled platform users to directly promote their events and sell tickets through the popular social network. We believe our small innovation brings Dragon Venue users a lot of marketing for almost no money.
We redesigned, technically modernised, and functionally upgraded the Mojekarte.si portal, which is positively reflected in the number and loyalty of visitors and other statistical indicators.
We added new points of sale to the Mojekarte.si network, making the events offering even more accessible to visitors.
For Ljubljana Castle, Postojna Cave, SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana, Handball Club Gorenje Velenje, and the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, we created custom online stores for ticket, package, and merchandise sales, tailored to their corporate identities. In doing so, we continue to uphold the concept of a user-friendly online store under the user's own brand, which we established several years ago and which is of essential importance for the positioning and recognition of organisers and their success in the events and entertainment market.
At the World Rowing Championships in Bled and the World Pony Carriage Driving Championships in Lipica, we supported the organisers with advance and on-site ticket sales as well as accreditation management.
Two new Dragon Venue Ticket Robot vending machines were permanently installed at the lower and upper stations of the funicular railway to Ljubljana Castle.
A prototype point-of-sale application for ticket sales has been developed that runs on the increasingly popular tablet computers. With this attractive solution, we aim to support and encourage organisers and operators of tourist attractions to set up mobile or field ticket sales and tourism product sales, bringing their offering closer to potential audiences.
We wish that the Dragon Year of 2012 will also be creative and successful, and that in cooperation with Dragon Venue users, we will continue setting new milestones in the development of modern ticketing in Slovenia, whose pace we have been setting and whose content we have been co-shaping for more than 20 years.
