Zadar Concert Office Switches to the Mojekarte Platform

Following the successful implementation in Sibenik, where the Mojekarte platform was successfully deployed in the first half of June at the House of Art Arsen (Kuca umjetnosti Arsen) in Sibenik, which operates as part of the Fortress of Culture Sibenik (Tvrdava kulture Sibenik), the Mojekarte team virtually relocated slightly further north to Zadar in the second half of June. There, the first in a series of implementation projects has already been completed, with the ultimate goal of using the integrated multi-purpose Mojekarte platform to connect all cultural institutions in Zadar into a unified marketing and sales network, thereby offering residents and tourists a tailored service for information and ticket sales while simultaneously ensuring the best possible user experience.
With the successful realization of this umbrella project, Zadar would become the first Croatian city with an advanced information infrastructure in terms of a comprehensive and unified platform for marketing and sales support of its cultural products, through which the promotion and sale of other products of the local entertainment and experience industry could also take place in the future.
In addition to the central internet portal for ticket sales, and in the near future also other products typical of the events and experiences industry, the unified marketing and sales platform will also have its central information and sales point in the Rector's Palace, where residents and tourists will be able to get comprehensive information about the city's cultural offerings and purchase tickets. The renovated premises of the Rector's Palace are a wonderful example of revitalizing a cultural asset and interpreting cultural heritage adapted to the needs of today's users. After renovation, the Rector's Palace can host the most technically demanding world exhibitions and classical music concerts, opening up a range of possibilities for Zadar and the region to achieve a higher level of cultural offerings and create new cultural and related content.
With the reconstruction of the Rector's Palace, this part of Zadar was transformed into a new social, cultural, and tourist hub of the city, and with its arrangement and handover to regular operations, the infrastructural foundation for the long-term development of Zadar and the region as a cultural tourism destination has been established.
In the premiere implementation project, the Mojekarte digital platform was deployed at the Zadar Concert Office (Koncertni ured Zadar), headquartered in the Rector's Palace. Through this project, the Zadar Concert Office gained its own box office, as well as its own online ticket sales fully customized to its needs and visual identity. The deployment of the basic platform and the accumulation of user experience over the course of one cultural season will lay the foundation on which the city's cultural policy can consider introducing a city cultural card or a similar loyalty program that would further bring city culture closer to residents and tourists and make it even more accessible.
With the project in Zadar, the Mojekarte team continues to fulfill its mission of spreading a modern and advanced paradigm of digitizing marketing and sales processes, while simultaneously introducing advanced and more sophisticated products such as Membership programs, Loyalty programs, Packages, and others.
