## Access control (mobile ticket validation)

- Scan result in under one second; the device is immediately ready for the next scan, so one person handles a continuous queue.
- Offline-first: on network loss the app automatically switches to offline mode and validates against a local database on the device. Every pass is recorded and synced to the server exactly once when the connection returns, with no duplication. Connectivity is re-checked automatically every 60 seconds.
- Feedback: full-screen check mark or cross, status colours configurable per status (including special statuses such as senior or VIP), sound and configurable vibration; light and dark mode.
- Direction control: entry, exit, single entry, single exit, wrong-way detection, and re-entry without invalidating the ticket.
- On-screen detail: event name, date, section, row, seat, ticket status, and one-tap pass history of an individual ticket.
- Multi-tenant: any number of terminals, gates, events and organisations on one device, with profile switching in seconds; live dashboard shows passes, errors and cumulative occupancy per terminal.
- Languages: Slovenian, English, Croatian, Serbian.
- Security: encrypted installation with no way to export data from the device; password-protected settings.
- Integrations: Cominfo, Skidata, Axess turnstiles; USB and Bluetooth scanners; open API.
